At RC TORQUE, we work hard to get your order to you as fast as possible, in perfect condition and with zero hassle. Here's our shipping policy:

💸 How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free and fully insured on every order, to every country we ship to. There are no shipping charges added at checkout.

⏱️ How long does delivery take?

Order processing: all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipping.

🇺🇸 United States: estimated delivery 5 to 8 business days.

🇪🇸 Spain: estimated delivery 7 to 10 business days.

🌎 Latin America: estimated delivery 15 to 20 business days.

Timelines may vary slightly due to holidays, customs checks, or weather conditions.

📦 Where does my order ship from?

We ship directly from our international suppliers, located mainly in Spain, North America, and Asia. This lets us offer competitive pricing without compromising the quality of our products.

🌍 Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, including Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Oceania. If your country appears as an option at checkout, it means we ship there. We work with trusted international carriers to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.

📮 Order tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email. Shortly after, we'll send you the tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real time.

🛃 Customs and taxes

In most cases, orders do not incur additional charges. However, some countries may apply customs duties or import taxes. These costs are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing your order.

📦 Delivery problems

🌎 Additional terms for Latin America only

The following section applies only to orders shipped to Latin America. If your order is going anywhere else, it does not affect you.

RC Torque ships to several countries in Latin America, including Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local customs policies, and logistics availability.

🧾 Customs documentation

In some Latin American countries, customs authorities require the recipient to provide tax or personal identification information, such as a RUC, DNI, national ID, or RUT number, and in certain cases proof of payment or invoicing. This information is mandatory in order to clear the package through customs and complete delivery.

✉️ How we request it

Once the order has shipped, our team may contact you by email (at the address provided at checkout) to request the information required by customs. Please reply within 10 calendar days of first contact.

🚫 No response or incomplete information

If the required information is not provided within 10 calendar days of the notice and the order is held or returned by customs, no refund can be issued, as failing to meet this obligation constitutes a breach of the Terms and Conditions of service.

Complying with local customs regulations is the buyer's responsibility. RC Torque is not liable for delays, additional charges, or returns caused by a failure to provide documentation or respond in time.
